Job Specification:
- Looking after our clients with a reduced pipeline approximately 50% of day to day activities
- Provide support and guidance to the whole sales team which drives great customer outcome and effective risk support.
- Measure and review team's right first-time ability and identify coaching/training needs from this. This will increase efficiency and share best practice.
- Introduce enhanced processes to increase “Right first time” DIPs and case management
- Work with the Head of CX to support coaching needs of applications managers
- Actively engage with BHG to ensure the effective performance of applications managers
- Create and deliver engaging Sprint training sessions to certificated team member
- Effectively communicate progress, plans and problems with Head of Sales and the broader company to promote effective & efficient process and identify opportunities.Review the applications managers use of tools and software to ensure uniformed adoption and consistent workflows
- Mentor all applications managers to optimise performance
- Always uphold the highest standards of support and compliance
- Work with Acquisition teams to provide real time feedback on quality of customers.
- Take responsibility for effectively supporting the pipeline including creation and implementation of SLA’s
